Future Leadership Training
This dynamic leadership training is designed to empower and equip women to step boldly into their leadership potential while also learning the art of passing the baton to the next generation.
Centered around biblical principles, we will explore the timeless models of leadership found in examples like that of Moses and Joshua, Elijah and Elisha, and Peter and Timothy.
These powerful relationships exemplify the importance of mentorship, succession, and empowering others to lead in their place.
Throughout the course, we will dive deep into these examples, uncovering the spiritual and practical ways leaders can prepare the next generation to take the baton and continue the mission with grace and confidence. This training will emphasize preparing and empowering others to carry forward the vision God has given.
